NeuroCranial Restructuring – A Remarkable New Tool

It’s not just professional athletes and soldiers who are at risk from traumatic brain injury. More than 1.7 million people a year sustain a traumatic brain injury, and about 50,000 of them die each year, according the Centers for Disease Control. There are both emotional and financial costs from these injuries.

Interesting NeuroCranial Options from TBI To Cosmetic Beautification

Listen to these Cranial Space Observations: A well-trained practitioner now moves the bones in the skull for fresh recovery options: TBI to Avoiding Plastic Surgery. Listen to what he thinks about correctly moving the suture joints in the cranial vault in this Episode.

Dr. Dean Howell is an internationally recognized Naturopathic physician primarily well known for being the inventor and developer of NeuroCranialRestructuring® – which he feels is one of the most powerful therapies in physical medicine today. Dr. Howell is also the inventor of FaceMax®, considered the best Facial remodeling alternative to costly facial surgery and cosmetic beautification treatments. He was born and raised in Everett, Washington, then graduated from Bastyr University with his naturopathic medical degree in 1982, after completing a mathematics degree from the University of Washington in 1978.

Dr. Howell Weighs On The Controversy Regarding Chronicity and Pain

What I have achieved with cranial restructuring is due to my constant quest to solve what I saw as challenging redundancies in Physical Medicine. The unfortunate truth is that physical medicine treatments are often performed on patients only to give them temporary relief from pain and dysfunction while waiting for the underlying, more causal problems to go away with time and exercise. In the medical literature, only exercise has consistently shown to improve the status of the patient.

My principal question in that regard continues: “Are there any treatments that consistently, permanently improve the functional capacities of the body and give relief of pain and dysfunction as well?” While there is such a treatment, the answer appears at first as a no, because there is no such treatment generally available. Studies of chiropractic, traditional osteopathy, and drugs have all proven to be of little benefit for patients in their underlying, long-term conditions.

Chronic conditions are the bread and butter of the physical medicine industry. Patients believe that they cannot get better, so too often they accept palliative care, insuring that they will be permanent customer/patients. My frustration with ineffective therapy was the initial push to create NeuroCranialRestructuring®.

Some Provocative Stats

Clinically developed and tested over the past 30 years NeuroCranialRestructuring® (NCR®) is a cumulative manipulation process involving the controlled release of the body’s connective tissue tension to unwind the cranial vault with the body and return it towards its original design. The interesting results of this therapy have brought new life and healing in the lives of more than 60,000 patients who had previously deemed untreatable by mainstream medicine. The concept of NeuroCranial Restructuring is still new though it tackles many of the usual challenges that are targets for Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Osteopathy or other streams of Physical Medicine.

Ed Note: Sorry about this recording, I can’t control what happens on the other end of each interview. Dr Howell was on wireless, and his sound goes too loud, but he does share important, critical brain information.

Your Next CoreBrain Journal Episode

019: Dorothy Kuhn tells us in this provocative interview what it’s like to discover from your family that you appear to suffer from a slow, insidious, pervasive, looks-like-Alzheimer’s-dementia. From her earlier years as a physicist and business turn-around expert, Dorothy, finds herself in denial talking to her daughter about mental deterioration. She belatedly admits to herself that her brain didn’t just step out for rest – it was gone. The reason we ask these interesting guests to join us at CBJ is not to tell us about how bad it was – but what she, in fact, did about her profound memory loss in midlife. She was a Texas Instruments representative to Carnegie Mellon but found herself way out in left field without a map back to home. If you recognize even a slight touch of memory challenges in yourself or your loved ones hers is an episode you absolutely don’t want to miss.

After being able to get in to see Dr Dean Howell by happenstance through a customer who told me about him… I’m thoroughly convienced this works WELL!!!

I am a Sandy survivor, worked as a Commercial fisherman most my life and have had my share of head trauma and near death experiences which I point towards a car accident in Puerto Rico 1986. In this accident my head went through the windshield of a car that was doing around 40mph into a cement wall. I was passed out when this happened so I didnt see it coming. I was unconscious for 3 days in the hospital. This left me with double vision that my body has become used to somewhat

Long story short, that was the first of many traumatic near death experiences. After Super Created Storm Sandy, I was doing tree service. I fell out of a tree 30 ft up and landed on my neck, left shoulder and and rolled out onto my back on top of a rabbit hutch that broke my fall. 3 yrs later I fell off of a retaining wall straight down into a pile of fresh mulch that broke the fall but I could see where I was falling because I had the hood from my rain gear on and when landing blinded onto my feet my face slammed into the retaining walls base which I received a concussion. These accidents were all cumulative injuries in damage. 5 days later I recieved a phone call from a friend to go scalloping and I did. I needed the money but BIG mistake because 2 half seasons into these scallop trips, I woke up for my watch and my foot and leg were asleep or numb. Needless to say I worked for 3 more days like that. And that was the end of my fishing career.

Luckily I learned about Russian Bath house through my same friend that I used to fish with. I went to chiropractor, massage therapist reflexology acupuncturist… I received some relief. I exercised rolled on foam rollers while going to the spa until my money ran out. Then I was offered a job on Christmas day at the spa and have been there since last year. While I was there as a customer myself I met most of the people that re members and I became a friend with them.

One fellow told me about Dr Dean the week before he came to NJ. I told him that I was very interested in going and to tell me how his first visit went. He texted me the same day and said that it was intense! I should try to get an appointment while hes here. So I called the dentist that was hosting him for the 4 hays and asked to speak with Dr Dean. Nothing happens by coincidence, our lives are planned before we were born. He said that he had openings for the following day and I was overjoyed, I would take any 1/2 hour of time that he had. I had 3 visits with Dr Dean. He is a gift from Heaven.

After all that I have been through and double vision that was most likely the cause of other accidents, there is a bright ray of hope for improving my entire body through NCR. My vision has improved… still seeing double, but hopefully that will improve with the next cluster of visits set in February. A lot of pain that has been long lasting from previous injuries has just disappeared.

So many near death experiences in my life all caused by lack of judgement due to double vision that was caused by head trauma… I have total faith that what Dr Dean Howell performs is nothing less that a miracle at my age of 57. I have renewed hope

It’s good to see someone thniknig it through.

These talks are more then informational.

Listening to the answers to questions about health problems has a therapeutic benefit. Hearing professionals provide explanations creates a feeling of being understood that leads to feelings of hopefulness.

Dr Dean Howell’s talk about NeuroCranial Restructuring felt serendipitous – an answer to my desire to understand my brain beyond ADHD. I had neurosurgery to remove a sphenoid wing meningioma in 2002, but only recently considered the impact of that surgery to be life long and the results of traumatic brain injury can not be ignored. I was fascinated hearing the sphenoid bone had such an impact on one’s sense of well being.

Thank you for all you do, Dr Parker!
