I really enjoyed the podcast. It was especially helpful to hear about specific people who have lots of athletic success even though they are up in years! Hopefully there will be more conversations in the future with examples of other older people who don’t let their age get in the way of their lives. It was very encouraging to hear its something you have to do.

Thanks, Carol, for your kind remarks! Dr. Braun is a truly remarkable woman with super information. Yes, in response to your inquiry, brain health is woven throughout many of these posts. If you search nutrition, food sensitivity, diet and exercise many more posts will pop up. Thanks!

I really enjoyed the brain discussion! The examples presented about the senior citizen athlete were very inspiring as is the idea that brain health can be worked on by any individual. I hope there will be more podcasts on brain health with more individuals added for reference and inspiration! I enjoyed the doctors version very much!
