I listened to your interview at the TEFOS summit this past weekend. I was just looking up information on your book here and you mention about that info about estrogen dominance is coming soon. Could you please share any info you have on that? My son is 12 and has gynecomastia, but also is signficantly effected by sensory issues and an inability to perform executive functions effectively; his anxiety is prevalent. He has been diagnosed with everything: ASD, Tourette’s, anxiety, ADHD and sensory processing disorder, now ODD. I just want to find the cause to help him–I don’t care about labels.

Very sorry so late on this reply, closing CorePsych and just swamped with details in that process. Quite Likely he is taking Risperdal, one of the meds so very strong on prolactin dysregulation – If that is the problem consult right away w your doc about moving forward away from that med. Numerous videos are available from several resources on ED Estrogen Dominance and many successfully manage the symptoms with measured stabilization. A company that we use is discussed in the video here on Hormones, second page: If you can consult with a compounding pharmacist in your area they can direct you to the best docs to do his evaluation there.

    Hi Dr Parker,

Nice interview! Wanted to let you know that Dr Fasano spoke just yesterday morning at the IFM’s grand rounds at the Cleveland clinic. I believe you can still get access (maybe for free?) online at the IFM and/or Cleveland Clinic Integrative Medicine websites.

Thanks Jacalyn, Dr Fasano is delightful and clearly on these downstream challenges.
