Chronic Fatigue Is More Than Physical

Kyle Davies is a chartered occupational psychologist, therapist, coach, trainer, and author. He is the creator of energy-flow coaching™, which provides a framework and process that will apply to health settings for eradicating symptoms of chronic fatigue and pain, anxiety, and depression, and a workplace setting for improving engagement, motivation, creativity, performance, and clarity of mind.

His Focus On Chronic Fatigue

Kyle began his career as an organizational psychologist in management consulting where he became highly skilled in executive coaching, counseling, management development, training and facilitation, research and evaluation. After consulting he then moved into healthcare and became involved with pioneering a new treatment approach for chronic fatigue and pain syndromes, anxiety, depression, and other stress-related symptoms and conditions.

Stress, Stuckness, Flow and Chronic Fatigue

He now works with individuals and organizations to help overcome stress-related health challenges, increase mental clarity, reduce overwhelm, develop inner resilience, flow, and improved performance. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and author of the recently published book, The Intelligent Body. Kyle has presented at workshops, seminars, and conferences in the UK, USA, New Zealand, and Europe; he has been a regular contributor to ITV Wales News, and is the host of iTunes listed podcast ‘Unleashing Potentials’.

Service and Training

Kyle has trained and supervised coaches and therapists in the UK and overseas. He has worked with thousands of clients in over ten different countries, helping them recover from chronic health conditions, improve their performance at work and home, and reconnect with their deeper potentials and flow.
